Solemn ceremony of signing a contract with Haier

On September 8, 2020, the ceremony of signing the general contract between Sinoma CBMI and Haier took place.
Due to the limitation of the pandemic, the ceremony was held remotely from Moscow, Beijing and Qingdao. The agreement was signed on three sides by the Deputy General Director of Hier Industry Rus LLC Wang Shouzhong, the General Director of Sinoma CBMI Tun Laigou and the General Director of the Russian branch of CBEM Construction Co., Ltd., Shang Yigo.
This agreement is the first agreement concluded between the companies as part of a large-scale project being implemented by Haier to create an industrial park in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Haier is one of the world's largest manufacturers of household appliances and is one of the 500 largest enterprises in the world according to the Fortune Global 500. As part of the project to create the Haier industrial park in Naberezhnye Chelny, several production buildings and infrastructure facilities will be located on an area of ​​125 hectares. The total planned investment in the project will amount to USD 1 billion.
According to the signed agreement, the scope of work of the Russian branch of CBEmay Construction Co., Ltd. includes the construction of a turnkey warehouse for finished products with a customs control zone, a production and storage area for TVs, an attached administrative building and adjacent infrastructure facilities, including general construction works. laying of engineering systems, landscaping works. The total area of ​​buildings under construction will be over 60,000 m2.
