Sinoma CBMI participated in the 11th PetroCem International Cement Conference

On April 23-25, 2023, the 11th PetroCem International Cement Conference was held in St. Petersburg, where cement industry professionals met. The conference was attended by more than 450 representatives of cement plants located in various parts of the world, incl. from China, Germany, Spain, Brazil, India, Iran, Turkey and CIS countries. Numerous discussions touched upon a range of critical issues: ensuring the sustainable development of the cement industry, modernizing technological equipment and digitalizing the production process, using alternative fuels and applying advanced technologies.

Our company, Sinoma CBMI Construction Co., Ltd, acted as one of the main sponsors of the event. The following employees took part in the conference: Yang Zhi, Sun Yang, Shang Yiguo, Chen Yandong, K.V. Sharapov, V.P. Bondarenko, K.I. Stepanov and V.A. Yatskov.

Deputy General Manager of Sinoma CBMI Construction Co. Ltd Kirill Sharapov presented a report on the topic: "Digital technologies in the design, construction and operation of cement plants." Technology and equipment manager Vadim Bondarenko presented a report on a topic that is relevant in modern conditions: “Options for burning alternative fuel (RDF) in the production of cement clinker”.

The company's booth presented information about various technological solutions that we offer today on the world market, and which, in our opinion, can be applied in Russia and the CIS in the implementation of projects for the modernization of existing production facilities and the construction of new cement plants. Project Manager in Russia and the CIS Konstantin Stepanov and Account Manager Vladislav Yatskov informed colleagues about the current and future projects of the company in Russia, answered questions related to the specifics of the work on the supply of spare parts, and provided information on the technological capabilities of Sinoma CBMI Construction Co.,Ltd.

As a result, agreements were reached on our visits to cement plants interested in developing projects for modernization and expansion of production capabilities, in conducting reverse engineering for the uninterrupted supply of spare parts and in increasing the range of products supplied to the markets of Russia and the CIS countries.
